This page explains what BuildEx Plywood collects when you read a post, send in a cut list or a photo of a delaminating sheet, and how that information is handled. It applies to buildexplywood.com and to any message you send us directly.

When you use a contact form or email us, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, and the message itself, including any photos or cut lists attached. We also log basic technical data automatically: browser type, device, approximate region, referring page and the pages you open on the site.
The site uses cookies and similar storage to keep pages working and to measure which posts get read. Analytics events record page views, scroll depth and outbound clicks in aggregate. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; core pages will still load, though some measurement will stop.
Form and email data is used to answer your question, work through a board or cutting problem, and keep a record of the exchange. Technical and analytics data is used to keep the site stable, spot broken pages and understand which topics are worth writing about next. We do not sell your details or pass them on for unrelated marketing.
Limited data may be handled by third-party processors that support the site: hosting, analytics and email or form delivery providers. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes above. Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the query and any follow-up, then removed on request or when no longer useful.
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, ask for deletion, or request that it be transferred in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent for analytics or marketing at any time. Where GDPR or CCPA applies to you, these rights are available on the same terms.
Send privacy questions or requests to info@buildexplywood.com or call 027-448-6750. Written requests can go to 79036 Moloto Burgs Suite 690, Nhlanhlamouth, NW 7531. We aim to respond within a reasonable period.
Board notes, supplier mentions and cutting plans on this site are written from practical workshop experience and are not paid placements. We do not publish fake reviews, invented endorsements, false urgency or guarantees about how a specific sheet will perform on your job. Where a claim depends on conditions such as moisture, storage or grade, that limitation is stated in the post itself.
